Overall, license for driving needs a knowledge of signs in the road and ability of seeing.Moreover, it is obligation to pay fees in order to take exams and if you fail, you have to pay one more time to retake the exams.Fees are the most important part.

First of all, license needs going to the driving license center and filling the forms.After finishing, there is a test for eyesight if it is failed, the license is not available.However, if person passed the test,the next step is paying fees.

Arter fees, potential driver will have a written exam, in case if the exam is passed next is the road exam, if the exam is not passed, there are two more chances to retake it.If the person fail it, all actions will be done one more time.If the road exam is passed, the driving license will be taken.
