The picture illustraits the process of natural hydrological cyrcle where water moves through the environment.
Overall, it is noticeable that the cyclical process consists of three main stages, which are condensation, precipitation and evaporation.
If we look in more details, there are 3 varieties of filling the river. The process begins from condensation which leads to precipitation where water from vapon returns to the ground in the form of rain or snow. Although, the snowmelt, melting of snow on the tops of the mountains, which feeds rivers and lakes. Moreover, the transplration, the process of evaporation of water from the surface of plants (leaves). However, moisture from the soil and plant roots releases liquid wich reflects the process of percolation.
In the next stage, some of the water infiltrates the ground through a process known as groundwater flow. This underground water gradually moves towards the ocean. Furthermore, water from ocean is heated by the sun and evaporates into the atmosphere. Finally, the water vapour rises, cools and condenses to form clouds, after which the cycle repeats.
