Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about some problems that I have experienced while living in your apartment. That are not stated when I signed the lease. There are multiple issues in furniture of the apartment. The taps in the basin are broken and others in washrooms are clogged. Additionally, lifts of the building are defective.

The drawers in the kitchen are not moving properly so I am unable to keep my household things in it. It is really looking unpresesntable. The water leaks from the taps continuously. Sometimes water flow is blocked due to the clog in the taps. It makes me really frustated. Also the lift issues are happening almost everyday. This makes me exhausted after coming from the office because the I have to go through stairs.

I would like to request you to take actions regarding this issues. Firstly, you should talk to the secretary about lift defectiveness and replace it. You must have to repair the taps of the apartment and change the drawers in the kitchen.

I hope you will consider my suggestions and take actions towards it as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Priya
