The map illustrates the proposed layout of a new town, showing the planned locations of housing, roads, industrial zones and public facilities.
Overall, the town is designed around a large ring road, with most residential areas positioned both inside and outside it. The central area will contain public facilities, while two industrial zones will be located in the northwest and southeast corners.
Within the ring road, six housing areas are planned around the central square. This square will contain two bus stands and two parking areas, arranged around a central green space. Two recreational areas will also be provided inside the ring road, one to the east and another to the south. Several roads will connect the central area with the ring road and the outer parts of the town.
Outside the ring road, nine additional housing areas will be distributed around the outskirts, including several larger residential zones in the west, east and south. A further recreational area will be situated in the southern section. The two industrial zones will occupy the northwest and southeast corners respectively. The town will also be served by a network of roads extending in different directions and linking the outer districts to the ring road and town centre.
