As you might know from past few weeks the buses are usually late and or are cancelled without prior notifications. Moreover the updates visible on the mobile application are not real time based. Sometimes, the bus has already left the stop however on the app we will show otherwise.
Therefore, our community is finding it difficult to acclimatize with these changes. Moreover, plenty of elderly people depends upon your organization services to execute their daily chores like commuting to work or doctors appointments. At the end of the day, all these individuals has to face the consequences because of the disrupted services
For this reason, we request you to please take some steps towards optimizing your organization services. We would appreciate if timely updates are provided on your bus service application or website. Moreover, on cellular customer assistance with live tracking updates will be an great enhancement in your services.
