Dear Sir,

I’m writing to tell you about the problems I’m currently experiencing with the plumbing and heating in my apartment. The pipes under the sink in the kitchen leaks and everywhere gets filled with water. The water heater also does not work. It comes on but the water does not get heated.

The water leakage makes me waste time I should be using to do other productive things. The leakage is a lot so I have to constantly mop the floor when the bucket I put there to trap the water gets filled. I also had to spend extra money to get an electric kettle to heat water whenever I need it. That cost me quite a fortune and has also driven up my electricity bills as I use hot water a lot due to the cold weather. These issues are affecting my productivity and make me go spend more than I should.

I would like you to get the plumber to come check the pipes around the house and do proper maintenance. The electrician also has to come check the heating system. I hope all these would be done as soon as possible.
