In these days, It is common that the people have a chance to select to work in their house. This essay will discuss the both negative and positive of this issues.

There are several notable advantages to this issues. Firstly, the vehicle or transport are not vital for the people to their office or work places in order to save in their time. In addition, they are not aware with the traffic jam or to be late so as to not worried in their condition. They are just freedom or independent in order to complete in their task because nobody dominates them what they do.

However, This issues also has significant drawbacks. The most serious is that they can’t cooperate or join the team or group due to earn more money as working alone. Furthermore, There are a lot of distractions at home such as sleeping, eating a lot, playing the games, feeling less energy or childrens playing the games with shouting. These factors can cause the negative effect to them so as to work calmly and without nervous.

In conclusion, while working at home has clear disadvantages such us distractions and comfort zone, I believe the advantages, particularly saving in their time or noncrucial the vehicles due to arrive in their work places, outweigh them.
