Some companies require their employees to wear uniforms at all times. The advantage of this are, it allows to promote the company and helps customers decide the roles of staff. However, employees may find it difficult to wear uniforms at all times and most company do not provide enough sets of uniforms
To begin with, staff wear uniforms at all times helps identify the company. It promotes a company’s identity to help customers differentiate from other entities. Another benefit is that companies can better classify their service by the type or color of uniforms they wear which help improve the customers experience. Foe example, in my hospital workplace, all patients are able to better identify which is a nurse or a doctor, because all nurses are only wear a blue scrub suit, meanwhile all doctors wear maroon scrub suits.
On the other hand, employ may find it uncomportable to wear a uniform. Some uniforms are uncomportable and poorly fitted that id adds to employee’s uneasy. Another disadvantage is thatg most companies do not provide enough for their employees. It become financial burden for the employees because he may need to purchase a new set of dress. For instance,my brother who works twelbe hours a day and six days, in a week, paid two thousand taka to local tailor just to make him three sets of custom fit uniforms.
