The diagram illustrates the information about process of producing of olive oil.
Overall, there all several stages of producing, started with prepared the raw ingredient until it handed to storage. This diagram separated two diffrent phase, the first part gives information about process of olive oil and the second one is to delivered the products.
In the first step, the main ingredient is selected with bare hands from the tree. Next, with a particular machine, the product was rinsing with cold water. This step make the olive is cleared and hygienic to handed to the next machine. In this machine, the product are smashed until the liquid from olives comes out. The result is, it created olive paste and the rest of the ingredient became olive stones.
These products are packed in bag with holes. When it is done, with a particular machine the products are pressed and separating to become water and oil. Finally, these final products are delivered to storage before it will be sell to consumers.
