Dear Mr. Smith,

My name is Jesse Jackson. I met you during our flight to London on 5 July. We talked about business and we had a long conversation about your venture, mentioning your chain of restaurants in London. I am writing this letter as I am interested in being a part of your organization as an expert chef.

I have been working as a chef for the past 15 years. I am a licensed chef with three-stars Michelin rating. I am known for my dedication along with long experience. I am currently living in Paris. However, I used to travel to many countries as a part of my job. I would like to inquire if there is any available vacancy, particularly in London as I wish to settle down there for personal reasons.
