In the year 1995 we notice that Asia has the highest ratio of 105.3 whereas europe has the lowest with 89.4 as for the other continents that stand in between we have ocaeania with 103.9 and follows north america that barely exceeded the 100 mark with 100.1 and then central america with Exactly 100 and africa at 97.8
