Yes, of course. I think today we are using technology a lot. For example, all people, regardless of age, use technologies, especially smartphones, and on smartphones, they use social media a lot. For example, people use Instagram, Telegram, or other kinds of social media. And we spend a really high amount of time watching reels or videos just to relax. And that is affecting our critical thinking skills, our mind, you know. On the other hand, we also use some kinds of technologies, for example, cars, which make us really lazy. For instance, many people are lazy even to go a kilometer somewhere and use their cars. And cars can harm the environment and people too. So that's really bad, I think.
