There are group of people who believe that learning is best, when done face to face, getting to interact with each other, while others feel learning would be effective through various online modes. Both the methods of learning are great. Although, i would prefer learning in a classroom where one can talk in the real time because it gives at most concentration on the topics which makes it easier to understand.
In-person interaction stands out in most of the cases, due to its effectiveness. The tutor or the person teaching a particular topic can have a emotional connect with the student or the person to whom the lesson is being taught. For example, during the covid times, when i was in my third year of under graduation, we had to undergo a number a online classes, which was very difficult to cope up. There were times, when i couldn’t get my doubts cleared, as in online setup we can only speak at a time to avoid chiaos. As a result, i lost my opportunities most of the times.
Online modes of learning are not totally bad. With the evolving technology and facilities for the society to use them, online learning are become a boom as well. For instance, in the year 2020, when there was an outbreak of the corona virus, my sister’s school decided to continue the classes via different websites like zoom and teams. This switch was a great savior for both the parties, ensuring no loss of academic semester.
Finally, i would like to conclude that, the idea of a classroom learning can never outweigh the online means of learning due to the added advantages it. Human presence is always important for a successful learning. However, online modes should be preferred on need basis when inevitable.
