Overall, the majority of students believe that if they study MBA, they will enhance career prospects while a small minority of people expect that MBA courses will increase their ability to help others. In another pie chart, personality and previous experience are the two aspects that employers prioritize mostly.
According to the first chart, 65% of students choose MBA for better career opportunities, being the highest figure. Conversely, only 8% of graduates do it to assist other people. The second highest reason why people study MBA is to improve their performance at work, at 15%, followed by personal development with 12%
In the second chart, two criteria of candidates that employers highly appreciate are personality and previous experience (Knowledge) with 25% of each. Similarly presentation skills and connections each account for 20%. Finally, qualifications are the least valued, with only 10% of employers taking them into consideration.
