According to the two charts, the reasons behind the degree choice by the MBA graduate can be observed to be very different from the ones the employer value. While the graduates focus more on the general abilities to improve their daily life, the employers puts more value in various office qualities.

First of all, the graduates find the better job oppotunities to be the most important, followed by the ability to do job better. With personal development in the 3rd place contributing 12% and ability to help other in the last place accounting for 8 percent.
