The two charts describe the results for a survey related to the reasons for their choice of degree by the MBA students as well as the reasons for the employer to hire them.
According to the two charts, the reasons behind the degree choice by the MBA graduate can be observed to be very different from the ones the employer value. While the graduates focus more on the general abilities to improve their daily life, the employers puts more value in various office qualities.
First of all, the graduates find the better job oppotunities to be the most important, followed by the ability to do job better. With personal development in the 3rd place contributing 12% and ability to help other in the last place accounting for 8 percent.
The employers value the personality of the graduates and previous experience(Knowledge) equally, hence both of them accounting for 25%. The same goes for presentation/apperance and connections, with each of them accounting for 20%. According to the employers, the qualification of the MBA graduates stands as the least important with only 10% contribution.
