It is quite clear that some people should be able to keep all the money they earn, and do not need to pay tax to the state. For me, I partly agree with this statement because it has two way so I will sau that why I partly agree below from my knowledge and experience.
First of all, people should not pay tax for the government because the state will use waste money as well as they use those money for themselves. For example, in Japan, people have pay tax to anything and those tax money will be the government use to their children who an study at the top school as well as can wear clothes very beautiful with good materials and with high price. Second, some people earn a litter bit money but they have pay tax, so they can not enough money for their life. In addition, tax for each thing quite high but money for that thing is cheap.
On the other hand, people should pay tax to the state because those money the government will be use to have salary for teacher, doctor or some people have a job in the government. Aside from that, the state will use those money to help poor people do not have house to stay, or fix many streets damaged very heavy to people who can use public transport safe for themselves. Furthermore, the government can pay money for children do not have enogh to study at school or children did not have their parents.
In conclusion, some people think that they have to keep all the money they earn and should not pay tax to the government and I partly agree because anything also have two way such as I said above.
