It is inevitable that on a daily basis, activities done by humans often brings bad outcomes for the environment. Regarding this issue, some believe that people can do something to make things right, while some thinks that this situation is irreversible, and that humans had caused permanent impact and there’s nothing we can do about that. In my opinion, we have to keep searching for solutions and take actions, no matter how small.
We can already see the negative impacts that we have caused to the environment, starting from flood, drought, global warming, forest fires, etc. There are numerous cases of forest fires from all around the world which has harmed the ecosystem, leading to the loss of numerous species of plants and animals. If this is to be happen consistently and continuously, we can lose a significant proportion of these species and resulting in them classified as endangered species. This is the case of a situation in which we may not be able to fix.
However, certainly there are actions that we can take and implement in order to preserve and restore our nature. All of us hold a significant role and thus we need to take actual actions by implementing sustainable practices, for example, by using biodegradable materials in order to reduce the usage of plastic. Other steps that can be taken by our government, which is to build a wildlife conservation center where animals and plants are being taken care of and live in their natural habitat. I personally believe that the world needs our collective efforts to preserve its beauty and resources, and there’s still time to restore the instability that we have caused.
In conclusion, we have caused a considerable impact on our earth, and it has eventually fire-back to us with natural disasters that have been going on, and real actions needed to be taken in an immediate response. I personally believe, with collective efforts, we can bring a change and make our home a better place to live in, because this is not just about preserving the natural beauty of our world, but also ensuring the health and well-being of the ecosystem that supports all life.
