In our contemporary life we have many sports. This includes dangerous sports. Some people do it as an activity. And according to the some people’s opinion, they should be banned. But some people think that, it depends on people.
On one hand, proponent of banning dangerous sports think that, this sports can damage people and his or her close-people. And they say that, it can have severe consequences for them. Even it can conclude with death. For example: you can damage yourself with driving an ox. If you fall down, you can break your arm or another part of the body. And it can cause pain along your life. Or if you do mountain climbing, if you tumble, you can die or you can be seriously injured. And it can change your life and your close-people’s life. Even it can damage their mental health.
On the other hand, proponent of personal choice say that, if you are over 18 years old, you have own opinion and desire. If you want to do this, you have own fee. However dangerous it is. They emphasize the importance of personal responsibility and informed consent, asserting that adults have the right to assess the dangers and make their own decisions accordingly. Additionally, they highlight the cultural and economic significance of certain dangerous sports, such as mountain climbing or motor racing, which attract enthusiasts from around the world and contribute to local economies.
To my mind, banning of dangerous sports is unnecessary. By minimalizing dangerous situation, they can substitute it with banning. This may include safety equipment or compulsory training.
In conclusion, the debate over whether to ban dangerous sports is multifaceted, with valid arguments on both sides. While some advocate for a prohibition to protect individuals from harm, others emphasize personal freedom and autonomy. However, a nuanced approach that combines regulation with personal choice is necessary to address this complex issue effectively. By implementing appropriate safety measures and promoting responsible behavior, society can strike a balance between risk and freedom in the realm of dangerous sports.
