Dear Sir madam,
I hope this letter finds you radiant in health and spirit. I would like to draw your immediate attention towards my valuable personal item, that has been last on one of your trains on last friday.
It was a brown leather wallet having name embossed as “COACH” on the upper side. Inside was a student card, library card, driving licence, credit card along with some cash approximately $50.
As you know, I was travelling from Toronto to Niagara on 25th feb and around 3PM – 3:30PM. I lost my wallet when I changed my compartment with another person because of some personal issues. Even though I tried hard to find it along with the help of staff, but it left me with empty handed at the end. That is why, I decided to request you about my unexpected situation.
I would be really grateful if you could
take steps to search for my valuable wallet and you can contact me on my mobile no which is 987654321. If you find any regarding my item please don’t hesitate to contact me.
I look forward to receiving a positive response from your side.
Yours faithfully,
Parneet
