Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform the British Airline about a lost personal baggage. I was on the flight BA257 from Michigan to London, seated on E7, where I forgot my bag under the seat in-front of me. I was anxious to reach the hotel early for a meeting that I completely forgot about the absence of my bag.
It was a small brown leather satchel embroidered with my name in the color white. It had a long strap to wear it around the shoulder. The condition of the satchel was fairly new with it’s classic dual-zip style. The bag contents include a book by John Grusham, around $200 in cash, and a few advertisement cards of the car rental agencies.
In case your lost and found department comes across my lost item, I would like them to inform me via email through which I’ve registered as a traveller. Once located, I will schedule sometime to visit the department and collect my belongings.
Yours thankfully,
Josh Spada
