One of the most important and actual discussions currently on this agenda is job satisfaction. Some believe that a high salary is more significant than the quality of the job and job satisfaction. In my opinion, however, substantial remuneration impacts the lifestyle and increases financial security; job satisfaction plays a more crucial role in current and future work careers. So I completely agree with this argument.
Primarily, it is an undeniable fact that financial security impacts the lifestyle and increases the quality. For example, with a high salary, people can realize their plans, and all their expenditures will be fully paid. However, salaries are quite sufficient, but some people are not satisfied with their jobs. This is because people are forced to accept this situation to meet their financial obligations. According to their financial expenditures, such as nutrition, clothes, travel, etc., they accept exhausting and unhappy workplace auras. Although a routine that you enjoy doing and feel comfortable doing is more beneficial. According to this statement, if the workplace environment is comfortable and fun, then motivation will be more. Furthermore, it causes position improvement and high income.
A clear illustration of this can be seen in sportsmen’s careers. At first, they cannot easily gain money, but after some hardworking time, finally they can earn a lot of money from competitions.
In conclusion, even though going for a job that provides a bigger paycheck can be beneficial in some particular senses, having a job where one feels happier is significantly more critical for reasons related to health and growth.
