The diagram illustrates the process of making yoghurt.
Overall, the process comprises a number of stages, beginning with four main ingredients being mixed together and ending with the packaging stage to deliver the final product.
At the beginning of the process, a mixture of four ingredients which are stabilizers, dry milk, sugar and milk is put into a hygienic stainless steel vessel, where the combination is heat to 85 degrees Celsius. Then, the blend is cooled to 42 degrees Celsius, which is the homogenization stage.
The process continues with the third stage, in which the cultures are added for the fermentation stage, at which point the combination continues to be cooled and stopped at 7 degrees Celsius. Subsequently, after being stirred, the initial blend is transformed into yoghurt and ready to be packaged.
