Nowadays obesity become wide spread disease among people, and a lot of factors affect this situation. However, some people believe that increasing prices of high saturated fat products can be the reason of addressing problem with overweight. Nonetheless, i think that issue with obesity requires complex solution, and only growing prices for fatting products can not solve this problem.
The first reason why i am disagree with this argument that obesity requires complex solution, and only increasing prices for high fat consisting product can not be solution. In my opinion, growing prices for fatting products can decrease the number of overweight people, however, other factors such as having regular activity, and make people more interested in sport are also essential. Issue of obesity is connected with several factors , including burn up extra calories , having healthy diet and individual metabolism of each person , all of them very important in addressing this problem. For example, every person consume about 2000 calories per a day , however for being fit they should burn up all calories which are intaken. Otherwise, the extra calories will transform for saturated fat. As result, trying address the issue with overweight can not be solve with including only one factor.
Furthermore, i believe that increasing prices will not be reason for falling interest in high fat content products. In these days a lot of people addicted to eat high fatting products which leads to obesity. Therefore growing prices will not be barrier for purchasing fatting products. Losing interest for saturated products among people can be one of the solutions , while it is difficult to implement that. For instance, about 70% of all our intaken meals consist saturated fat. So, people almost can not imagine their life without their every day consuming products. As result, it is meaningless increase the price for fatting products.
To sum up , i am totally disagree with arguement of increasing prices for fat containing products, because other factors also play significant role in addressing problem with obesity, and people addicted eating fat containing products. So, in my opinion increasing prices will be meaningless solution.
