Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request your assistance concerning the matter of asking permission.

Nowadays, I am not feeling well. This is because I attend your course for learning English language as well as I work at night. Therefore I do not enough time for cooking meal myself. I am not a good position now, Because I can not look at myself well. Again my health can also get worse Again in this hot weather. So I am sure I can not continue my study at school.

Concerning this matter, my proposal is study online. That is If you permission me, I will study online. I also give permission to make my level higher by studying online.
