Overall, the preparation of ketchup is a cyclical process that consists picking and putting tomatoes in basket, sorting for good and bad tomatoes, moving, removing and cleaning suitable quality vegetables, containing, crushing and boiling with spices, collecting in bottles, labeling, realizing, using with dishes.
After tomatoes are grown up they are collected and sorted for trucks to transport them to a ketchup factory. Once there, they are removed and crushed thoroughly. Then tomatoes have been added spices and boiled until done. The ready-made product are left for two hours after preparation. The final step of production is bottled for further realization.
The last stage from collection to consumption is included labeling of goods. Then, there is controlling of quality of goods. There is box packaged bottles with ketchup. The boxes are delivered in supermarkets and restaurants.
Finally, the ketchup sauce is prepared for improving the taste of dishes and cooking. It consists tomato’s flavour and taste.
