The maps give information about the pevious layout of the library compared to its current state between two different periods: five years ago and the present.
Overall, the library has been modernized with more specialized study spaces and a reorganization of function areas including the addition of many private studying tables in the middle and the division of a room at the bottom.
A recording studio has been constructed to replace a classroom area, while a room at the bottom of the library has been divided into two rooms namely: borrowing and returning room. Meanwhile the meeting room remains intact in the same place after five years, the liraby office has been flattened in favor of a conference room.
In the heart of the library, more private studying tables have been added, meeting the increasing demand for students. There were two areas for bookshelves in the top and at the bottom of the library five years ago, whereas the former has been remained untouched, the latter though has remained its original position, it has been taken room for desk for students’ laptops. The similar room has also been taken the place of area for desk for computers.
