Most of the students under 29 years study for their careers, where as the students over 49 years prefer their interests more. The preference of their interests of every student with respect to career increased with the age. At old age, people seem to be highly motivated to indulge in their iterests.
The support from employer continued to decrease till 39 years and then increase a little. So, the young people under 26 years are getting more supported financially. And if we compare, students above 49 years are again offered more support with respect to a 45 year old.
