The two bar charts illustrates two main reasons for study according to different age groups of students and the support they recieved from employers.

Overall, one of the main reason for study amoung students who comes under age 26 is for their career whereas this was least reason for students over 49. For interest is another omportant reason amoung aged students while it was not popular for students under 26.Support from other employers was dominant for young students however students between 30 to 39 get the least support.

On the one hand, for career was the spectacular reasonchosen by students under 26, it accounts for the largest proportion that is 80%, but students over 49 chose it as the least reason. In contrast, for interest is the most popular reason for aged students which is70% whilst students under 26 share only 10 %. Both the reasons was plateaued for students between 40 to 49 ,it was 40%.

On the other hand, the students under 26 recieved higher support from employers than any other age groups that is roughly 70% ,followed byage group between 26 to 29, they recieved 50% of support. however, the age group between 30 to 39 recieved little amount of support from employers that is comparatively low amoung other age groups, above 30%
