More and more people believe that being in a comfortable job is more satisfying than job security. However, lots of citizens argue that the most important thing is to have a permanent job rather than a satisfied one. In my opinion, both views are essential in our lives.
On the one hand, it is believed that job satisfaction is more important than being in a steady job. In other words, people tend to have a comfortable job because the most satisfying way to maintain your pleasure and feel happy is the satisfied work. Furthermore, most Companies put a lot of effort to maintain the satisfaction of employees as they know that the products will increase also their profits. For example, the company of my elder brother makes sure that all employees are satisfied so his skills increase, while my cousin focuses on just being in one fixed place and he until now did not enhance in any field.
On the other hand, lots of people agree that the continuity of job is a favor than being in a satisfied work because they can not guarantee it. In Fact, maintaining your work and depending on your unaffected salary is the best way to ensure your life. Although when people depend on a fixed job, they can guarantee to pay their bills and afford what their children need. A study published by New York University concluded that 80 % of people tend to have a fixed job. Therefore, the continuity of a job is better for a comfortable life.
In conclusion, as lots of people are staunch believers and searching for satisfying work than a maintaining job to enhance their skills, lots of them tend to have a fixed job to avoid the vicissitudes of life, and also they can not guarantee the convenience of being satisfied. In my opinion, I announce that both trends are very important for a better life and a healthy society.
