Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in response for the “Plant Trees, Save Nature” advertisement seeking volunteers, I saw the add published on yesterday’s newspaper and I am happily ready to help in this project.

My name is Vinitha Winston, a nature enthusiasist working at Infosys as a Environmental engineer. With my strong environmental educational background and love for nature, I started my career working with with greenary. Also, with my passion in this field I am looking forward to contribute my free time as a volunteer in this project with part-time availability.

I could help in fund raising activities and organize meetings with student unions from schools and colleges and brigingup their valuable time in this project. Proper guidance by taking seminars and group conversations will be give more reflections on youth for nature lovingness.

As a part-time volunteer, my availability will be mostly on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sundays) from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Apart from that, I can make arrangements if needed on other days balancing my work timings.
