In contemporary schools, discipline is becoming more and more of a problem. Several people assumes that educators are responsible, while others believe that the parents are in charge. Not with standing, I believe that both are equally responsible to keep children under proper rules and regulations.
There is no doubt, that discipline is considered as a prominent behavior in raising children. On the one hand, the responsibility of children is most essential to the parents. We can see that, most of the children attitudes are acquired from their parents, it can be positive or negative. Guardians ought to be responsible to enlighten their kids about the rules and regulations of the society.
On the other hand, teachers are also equally responsible. As we can see, teachers are the influencers for hundred of students, they can show the positive angles and teach them about following proper rules and regulations. For instance, teachers makes rules and guidelines in the classroom to maintain discipline. Being honest and working hard are also parts of discipline in which teachers are considered accountable. Teachers should use proper strategies for promoting discipline in schools such as teaching them about the positive aspects of being disciplined.
To sum up, for this increasing problem of discipline in modern schools parents and teachers are equally responsible. Both parents and tutors should come up with better ideas to maintain discipline.
