Overall, it is clear that those aged 18-30 mainly are affected by factors such as chance for personal development, relaxed working environment and promotion prospects, while money is the most significant aspect for those aged 45-60.
Looking into details, the number of 18-30 employees are more than that of mature adults in chance for personal development, relaxed working environment and promotion prospects, making up approximately 90%, 85%, and 82%, respectively. In contrast, competent boss and respect for colleagues are considered as essential reasons that enhance workers’ productivity by 45-60 age group, with the former at around 52% and the latter at 45%.
As regards to others, team spirit(63%) is at the same level for each age group as well as work environment, accounting for more than twice as much as the latter. The number of both people influencing by job satisfaction is nearly similar, comprising about 46%. Furtermore, in job security, the rate of those from 18-30 age group stand at 40%, being double that of 45-60 group.
