To start off, the most dramatic difference in the percentage of both age groups is in chance of personal development about 90 percent of worker aged 18-30, as opposed to just above 40 percent of those aged 45-60. This similar difference also appears in relaxed working environment and promotion prospects. The former accounts for just above 80 percent for 18-30 age group and about 30 percent for 45-60 age group, whereas the latter has approximately 80 percent of the younger age groups compared to around 50 percent of the elder age groups.
In contrast, team spirit and work environment have the exact same proportions in both age groups with about 60 percent for the former and approximately 30 percent for the latter. By comparison, a competent boss, respect from colleages, job satisfaction, and money are the factors that have only a slight differences between the age groups, amounting to around 50 percent, 40 percent, 50 percent, and 70 percent, respectively.
