There is a ongoing debate regarding for advance in technology, and automation have reduce the need for manual worker time should be significantly reduced. There both sides have value points. Tha essay will be disscu about positive and negative sides, and give my opinion.
First, now a days every field have advanced in the field because of automatio,and ai technology. Moreover, lot of benefits for replacing human to ai machine save many time, and production will be high compared to before replacing machines. Furthermore, maintenance money will be less as well as automation reduced the labour working hours.
Second, on other hand sides, Al,and automation replacing human workers in Industrial field there were some draw back also is there. Because Labour need will be reduced and it spoiled labour life. Moreover people cannot satisfy that automation and ai some of tham like only human hand made products because of trust, quality and value will be increase. For rare old pictures like monalisa, hand mand car and chin wall finally tajmahal. It all made by human that the main result for product will be more variable and unique. Meanwhile if has any doubt from product labour can easily solve and explain easily compared to ai because ai can follow the rules and regulations.
In conclusion, every field has advanced in the file because of ai, and automation is the best thing but the same time it spoiled many labour life. In my opinion they can maintain equally in both side because advantages is basic thing in now a days at the same time we consider about labour.
