Dear Pat,

I hope this email finds you well. I heard from Chris that you have registered for some social work at a charity event coming next week.

I wanted to get some details regarding this event. Firstly, what type of charity event is being organized by our committee and secondly, where and when is it going to take place? Actually, I wanted to be a part of this social work. You know me well, I just love to be social and help everyone in whatever ways I can. Helping others not only make me happy but also fulfil my desire and satisfaction. Are the registerations still open for this event ?And if open, can you please guide me through the process?

Can you also do me a favour? It would be very important to know the details reagrding the work and what sort of work will you be working on, so that i can prepare myself according to it.
