In this rapid growing generation earning money is necessary goal for everyone’s life because of this goal most of people do a job. However, while some believe that job security allow financial stability, I agree with those who feel job satisfaction should be more prioritize.
On the one hand, it could be argue that because of job security you gets a financial stability. Those who support job security say that the greatest benefits of job security is financial stability because a secure job provide a fix amount of money every month and allow to everyone to plan their future financial plan. Moreover job security is said to also provide long time growth like employees in stable jobs can high chances to getting a promotion, hike in salary and other more types of benefits.
However, I believe that there are more argument to suggest that job satisfaction is more important in human life. one of the major benefits of the job satisfaction is people get good motivation and gave higher productivity to their work, I would argue that if people feel motivated throughout the time of their work they gave more attention to their work and done their work batter way also get a satisfaction to complete that work in good manner. In my opinion the most needed thing in job is good mental health. In job satisfaction person would feel satisfied after complete the job and because of this they can stay stress free and with good mental health, consequently person got a batter work life balance and enjoying their personal life with their professional life.
To conclude, although it is undeniable that job security gave you financial stability also long term benefits, nevertheless a good mental health and motivation is also need for job. Therefore on balance i believe that job satisfaction is more important than job security.
