The Process of Manufacturing Ceramic Pots
The diagram illustrates the process of producing ceramic pots, from extracting raw materials to the final product. The process involves multiple steps, including crushing, molding, heating, and coloring.
Overall, the process transforms raw materials into durable and decorative ceramic pots through a series of carefully controlled steps.
Initially, raw materials are excavated and transported to a factory, where they are crushed into fine pieces. These crushed materials are then mixed with water to form a paste, which is poured into molds to shape the pots. The molded pots are left to dry for 4 to 6 hours before being assembled.
Next, the dried pots are placed in an oven and heated at 1,000 degrees Celsius to harden. Once cooled, they are dipped into a container of color and then subjected to color firing in another oven to set the color. After this final heating process, the finished ceramic pots are ready for distribution.
