Presented for consideration is two charts, comparing the average housing fees between two cities of a country, analysed in 2010 and 2015 with predictions for 2025, while the other compares the proportion of 30 to 35 age bracket owning and renting a house in 2010 and 2015.
Initially, both cities observed upward trends, with city A held the predominant data, which predicted to follow the same patterns in the next decade, while the proportion of renters aged 30 to 35 rose, the owners’ data drop notably.
Regarding the bar chart differentiating housing prices, while city A served 350K with city B held less than a half in 2010, the data rose to 500K and 250K, respectively. However, these numbers will escalate to 700k for the former and over 400K for the latter in the next 10 years.
Shifting attention over to the pie chart comparing renting and owning proportion of 30 to 35 age group, the former occupied the majority at 70% and 30% for the latter. However, the data changed 10% in 2015, with upward tendency for renting percentage and contrast trend for the owning one.
