But after some evaluation and rechecking, we come into something related to the branches or the distributors. So basically in my job I deal with pharmacies, distributors and hospitals. So the problem was that the major pharmacies in my area was not actually following up with the distributors. So sometimes they needed some of my products but they actually didn’t ask for it from the distributors. So at this moment we realized that the products actually interested for them and is prescribed by doctors but it is not followed up regularly from our side because it is our duties. So I do a plan that I should follow up with these distributors and revisit them weekly. So it would be four times on monthly basis. After this time, the pharmacies’ orders raised significantly as we were following up from this moment and the numbers kept sputtering time by time until finally we achieved the target required from us.
