The table represents the information about the beginning of initial teacher training (TTT) from 2005 to 2007 in UK for qualifications. Overall, there are three different categories of teaching qualifications obtained, P.G.C.E., B.Ed./other degrees for male and females in the year 2005/6 and 2006/7.

Firstly, in the year 2005/6, P.G.C.E. had the highest number of Male Percentage to obtain the ITT qualification. Similarly, for all three categories, there is remained leveled-off from in the year 2006/7. In addition, the number of Male and Female also remained constant whereas there is slightly decrease in male percentage. Moreover, the quantity of female for Total teaching qualifications obtained and B.Ed.Q. other degrees is almost three times greater than male whilst six times greater for P.G.C.E*. The total maximum amount 31,945 ps for Total teaching qualifications obtained on the year 2006/7 followed by P.C.G.E. 24,405. In the year 2005/6 and B.Ed. & other degree in the year 2006/7.
