Dear Shopee,

I would like to inform you that the dress that I bought from your store has arrived, but it doesn’t in a good a condition as you claimed, and I really disappointed. Let me explain you about it.

I purchase the dress at 7 July 2023, and it has arrived this morning. As it written in the description, the dress has white color with butterfly design as a detail. It is really stunning in the picture, but when it comes to my hand, the color seems light cream, the details completely don’t depict butterflies, and it has torn at the arms. The picture doesn’t reflect the actual details of the dress, and I’m really unhappy about it.

Moreover, based on my disappointment, I request a total refund for that thing, consider to the real dress that completely different from the pictures and description that you expose. Not to mention about the tore on the arm side of the dress. So, I can say that the item is not appropriate to sale.

In addition, I plan to return this dress back to you in three days ahead. Please let me know if there any packaging requirements.
