Overall, although the people who use of Internet the most are young adults, young people have the lowest percentage of Internet usage between 1998 and 2000.
The bar chart data clearly shows that percentage of young adult people who use of Internet are almost half, respectively 53 %, 45 % and 44 %. So this is the highest levels among all age groups. Adults who have the second highest percentage group use of Internet all years.
According to the chart the lowest percentage is what children use of Internet subsequently 2 %, 8 % and 9 % between 1998 and 2000. Also old adult people per cent is the second lowest per cent from 1998 to 2000 except 1999. In 1999, per cent of the oldest people is same percentage of the youngest people.
