Dear Mr. Brown,
I’m writing to you concerning the issue that has happened to our apartment recently. You are already aware of the fact that we haven’t had hot water and heating for 2 weeks, so we want you to take actions.
The workmen that you had provided us with to fix the issue didn’t manage it. Moreover, we had a couple of problems with him. Firstly, he was late for 7 hours, as he should have come at 8 in the morning, eventually he came at 3 PM. Due to his late arrival I had had to skip my doctor’s appointment. As a result, it caused me a lot of inconvenience. When he came, he tried to convince us that he would manage it in 20 minutes, but finally it took him 3 hours. The only thing he was able to do was make a mess around the flat.
My parents have advised me a good workman, so if you are willing to cover the cost, I can contact him right now. However, if you are not going to contribute we will look for a new apartment.
