Dear Tim,

I am writing to inform you about the issue which I face in the flat where I live. We are two mates in this flat no. 310B.

Since last month, we are facing the proble with hot water tap and heater, because these are not running properly. You sent a workmen last Sunday after te receival of my email, but he could not get about the fault and where is it? I feel blue as I cannot enjoy these facilities which I pay for and mentioned in the lease agreement. It is hard to study and concentrate on my english language course in here without heat and warm water in this harsh weather.

Since October 15, weather is going to cold and I am getting sick with these things. So at the end it is my suggestion to fix the date of this weekend with our building maintenance guy and solve this immidiatly.
