Dear Mr.Smith,

I am a tenant with my school mates at room 222 on the second floor. I am writing to you to complain about an issue regarding water supply pipes because we did not get any warm bath since last month.

As the winter have started , it is becoming very difficult to adapt to this cold weather without heating of hot water. The plumper attempted to fix the problem ,however they failed which is disappointing. Unfortunately, two of my flat mates have already feel sick and they cannot study well for our exam at school next month. Therefore, restoring the suitable atmosphere that allow us to gain enough knowledge to pass the exam is vital to avoid staying another semester with costs very much .

I would like to suggest transferring us to another room until this situation is solved or we will find another functional accommodation by the end of this week.

Please give this matter your immediate attention.
