However, in 1900, the pupolation proportion was a dramatic shift to reaching 20 millions and it was keeping rise up to 50 millions in 2000. In contrast, In 1700, the birth and death percentages were keeping high number in pallarel and steadily reaching from 23 millions to 40 millions in 1750 till 1800, they were gradually decrease to 21 millions in 1950 and a dramatic shift up again.
