Dear Mohammed,

Hope you are doing great in your exams. I was excited to know your plans of visiting Hyderabad next week. I am writing to you let you know that I won’t be able to give you company during your visit. However, I will be free in October, I want you to change your plans and postpone it for a month.

I apologize for not being able to receive you. Since my sister is getting married next week, I must be present at her weeding. I cannot afford to miss the it, also, the wedding date cannot be changed.

However, if you can delay your trip and visit my place the coming month, I can make sure you will have a pleasant stay with me. Additionally, I have already decided to take you to all the important historic landmarks. Moreover, visit to these cultural heritage sites will help you score good in your history assignment.

Hoping that you understand my situation and will come along next month.
