Dear Thomas,
I’m writing to this letter to thank you for your invitation. It’s very kind of you but unfortunately, I won’t be able to accept your invitation due to my hectic work schedule.
Let me explain my situation. I recently started a new job. The job itself is enjoyable; I do not have to do a lot of work. It is mentally and physically less frustrating than my old job. However, I cannot take leaves until the end of my probation period. The only exception to take days off is to have any health concern and emergency.
Could you please tell me about another time to visit you? I’m interested in visiting you when my probation period ends in December. I’m interested in meeting your family and seeing your new home. I’m also free in the new year because of holidays. I’d certainly love to escape the winter cold.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Your friend,
Nauman
