Unfortunately, the given date of presentation has coincides with my sister’s wedding in Spain. As my sister’s wedding is a significant family event, I would like to attend and celebrate this special occasion with my family. However, it a reminder to you of my consistent academic achievements throughout my studies, including consistently high grades and active participation in class. I have worked diligently on project, and I am confident that my work meets the high standards of our program.

In the view of my good academic record, I kindly request a different date for my thesis presentation. I am available to present thesis after 10th of July and I assured you that this change will not make any impact on the quality of my work. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this matter.
