Graduation rate over 10 percent could be found in Nova Scotia, British Columbia,and New Brunswick. Onthe other hand, the least amount of graduated population over the rest of the peroid was in Ontario, in2001.
Focusing on the first period 2001, Ontario experienced the lowest point compared to others which were 3%. British Columbia had slightly increase form Ontario approximately 4% more of foreign students that got diploma, which over 4%. While, Quebec, Nova Scetia, and New bunswick being more than 6%.according to New Brunswick was hitting the highest proportion in 2001.
By 2006, The figure provides how are graduation rate getting higher, except for Alberta which accounted for the lowest rate than in 2001, with just over 4%. According to, those of 7 countries which experienced over 6% in 2006. However, Ontario remained being the least with just right 6%. Moreover, Manitoba in Newfoundland&labrador had an equal amount which were gradually rose from the lowest at around 7%. Meanwhile, four towns, British Columbia, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and NewBunswick were appearing with over 8% in 2006. Which Nova Scotia was the second largest, and New Bunswicks hitting the highest-point over the period with alomost 12%.
